position: 验厂专员vendor auditor

your responsibilities:

1. conduct desk-study, research and consultation with compliance manager as part of pre-audit activities

2. conduct factory assessments / surveys to assess factory’s facilities, capacities and competencies

3. conduct factory audits per company’s vendor compliance program (vcoc, qms, ems, sms, etc.)

4. prepare survey / audit reports based on findings

5. coordinate with factories formulation of corrective action plans (caps)

6. conduct follow-up surveys / audits to verify / validate implementation of caps

7. other vendor compliance tasks assigned by superior

requirement:

1. bachelor environment, science etc

2. at least 3years e_perience for factory audit on social responsibility/healthy & safety audit

3. english writing and reading is a must, fluent oral english is prefer;

4. office software like word, e_cel, powerpoint etc;
