安防产品经理(研发部门) 岗位职责:
1、负责安防软件产品的规划、定义、设计、实现及推广调研

1、本科及以上学历;

产品研发部项目经理 provides monthly project updates (program status report – green/yellow/red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule).
provides input and direction to the program team(s) in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
directs overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the “triple constraint” of cost/scope/schedule is met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated.
manage organization and leadership of team(s) in a matri_ environment.
monitors overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.
manage the customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction, yet assuring that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate.
leads team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk.
responsible for overall life-of-the program(s) successful financial performance. maintain and report key metrics for senior management including development program milestone otd and prolaunch status.
responsible for the overall e_ecution of comple_ component and/or system programs in accordance with the eaton aerospace prolaunch process.
works with the group sales & marketing team to propose and capture new business opportunities for the product family.
assumes market segment ownership with respect to profitability and growth. ensures new opportunities presented to the business by the group sales and marketing team are evaluated for business opportunity and risk. supports/leads the proposal team during new bid opportunities.

proven ability in coordination and planning
