第1篇 液压机械研发设计高级项目经理职位描述与岗位职责任职要求
职位描述：
一、岗位职责
1.组织项目团队完成研发设计任务；
2.项目团队管理；
3.承担及组织完成所负责产品标准、流程与技术的改进等工作；
4.对所负责产品提供技术支持。
二、任职要求
1.教育背景：流体传动及控制（液压）、机械设计制造及自动化等液压机械相关专业全日制大学本科及以上学历，985/211学历优先；
2.工作经验：5年以上液压产品设计工作经验，且有3年以上项目经理或技术负责人经验；
3.能够独立及领导团队完成多个复杂产品项目；
4.了解或熟悉电业执行器或其他类执行器产品者优先；
5.能够进行复杂的液压或机械设计计算，能独立设计较复杂的液压系统原理图，精通液压元器件选型，熟悉各液压元器件品牌，能够设计较复杂的液压系统和液压机械结构件；
6.熟练使用autocad、solidworks等设计软件，以及通用办公软件，具备良好的英语文献读写能力，能熟练阅读及翻译本专业范围内英文资料和文献。

第2篇 液压机械工程师岗位职责

1. responsible for press machine, automation and others welding assembly equipment mechanical &hydraulic problems solving and analysis;
2. responsible for the spare parts planning and control
3. providing problems reason analysis and preventive methods;
4. responsible for schedule and implement the pm (preventative maintenance);
5. give training to the maintenance technicians
6. report the big downtime of machine, give the solution for downtime reduction
7. mechanical &hydraulic drawing archive and updating
8. fi_ture management and optimization

position qualification任职要求
1. bachelor of science degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years directly related e_perience, familiar with hydraulic system, press and mechanical press, welding fi_tures.
2. knowledge in machinery engineering & maintenance, good at computer is necessary
3. welding fi_ture maintenance and adjustment e_perience is a plus
4. welding robot mechanical maintenance e_perience is a plus.
5. skilled on cad or catia/solidworks
6. tpm knowledge is required
7. pneumatic and hydraulic e_perience of industry
8. high trouble shooting capability
9. good communication skills by written and verbal english
10. e_perience of manufacture industry
第3篇 液压机械工程师岗位职责液压机械工程师职责任职要求
液压机械工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1、负责新产品液压传动系统，齿轮箱和轴承的油润滑和冷却系统，发电机、变流器、变压器等电气部件水冷系统的开发及批量交付，保证产品可靠运行，同时具备技术领先性和市场竞争力;
2、负责已有产品质量提升与持续降本，支持工厂、现场装配与调试，解决产品问题，确保实现质量与成本目标;
3、负责风电行业液压技术对标;
任职要求:
1、 流体传动、机械电子类专业，本科及以上学历;熟练掌握流体传动与控制、机械设计等专业知识。
2、 3年及以上风力发电机组液压、润滑、冷却系统的设计、测试和优化经验，或5年以上大型机械设备液压、润滑、冷却系统设计、测试和优化经验。。
3、 有较强的责任心，思路清晰，沟通能力强。
