升学指导老师岗位职责
升学指导老师 1、研究世界各国教育体系和教育制度，熟悉海外大学申请程序和要求;对具体学校的专业信息、大学排名、入学要求与申请程序等进行深入学习和了解，掌握与海外留学业务有关的各种知识，尤其是美国的寄宿学校、美国大学的申请知识;
2、以小型讲座、一对一辅导、小组活动、家长会等形式，让学生以及家长充分认识主要的国家的教育情况以及海外大学的体系，以便学生家长更好的选择留学的国家及大学。
3、 通过各种形式对班级的学生各方面的情况进行了解，以更好的为他们制定海外留学计划;
4、通过让学生了解大学申请文书的写作目的，从而更好的指导学生完成大学申请文书的写作及申请表的填写。任职要求:
1、 本科及以上相关学历;2年以上留学行业工作经验者优先考虑。
2、 具有较强的沟通和应变能力，能够在完成工作相关的信息采集的过程中，与家长/学生顺畅沟通，并逐步赢得各方的信赖
3、 优秀的英语能力，具有海外留学背景尤佳;
4、 对海外教育体系或大学申请文案有研究者优先考虑;
5、 具有较强的英文写作能力和阅读能力，能够踏实细致做好书文案工作;
6、 性格开朗，有良好的团队协作精神，能够承担较大的工作压力，有较强的敬业精神;7、 热爱教育事业，工作积极主动、责任心强;
8、 熟练使用常用办公软件。

1.负责学生美国高中升学的指导工作：为学生推荐、选择合适的美国学校；制定相关语言标准化考试的报考计划并落实；
2.协调、配合中后期的相关同事，做好申请、签证等工作；
