provide business process e_pertise on a specific business area (e.g. generating demand, demand supply planning, customer service, material handling, procurement to pay, technical & production, finance & control, asset management & maintenance)

the digital & social media manager is responsible for successful maintenance of official nestle channels and platforms, a key role to deliver nestlé’s corporate digital media communication. this position is also the producer of nestv, a very important employee engagement channel.
key outputs
deliver a successful corporate website and ensure that it is the trusted source of information about nestlé
maintain nest to ensure its effectiveness and timeliness together with internal communication
work with peer functions to deliver effective digital media campaigns
play a critical role in assisting head of corporate content & digital to build nestlé’s digital and social media communication.
be the producer of nestv, a very important employee engagement channel. responsibilities include identify stories from across gcr; develop storyline as necessary; work with relevant stakeholders to produce each program on time
manage nestlé studio center including its suppliers. maintain and operate studio equipment.
produce video materials upon requests, from script development to production.
key e_periences:
bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, journalism, communications, business or related field
e_cellent communication and writing skills, english language proficiency
knowledge of digital landscape on a broad scale as well as locally
understanding of corporate website and online communication strategies.
understanding of social media as corporate pr / communications tool.
sound knowledge of web, design, film and video processes and techniques.
a team player as implementation of the aforementioned responsibilities requires cross-functional coordination.
proven editorial capability in order to identify stories for nestv from across gcr.
functional or professional / business skills:
creative thinker and ability to communicate ideas effectively
strong analytical, planning, forecasting and research skills

岗位要求:大专以上学历,23年以上市场营销工作经验,有婴儿奶粉和相关产品经验优先,具备良好的策划和运营能力,熟悉产品及消费者活动的运作,有管理导购员的经验优先。岗位职责:根据销售团队全年计划完善和细化区域全年市场活动计划并跟踪运营,监督指导区域内活动的运营,分析总结并改善到后续活动中,根据区域业务和费用情况,策划运营本地市场活动,负责区域导购员队伍的建设和管理,提升导购员产出,管理区域资源,包括费用和物料,运营区域策划的消费者活动,达成预定目标。本职位属于雀巢公司第三方职位
