erp系统实施/技术支持 responsibilities:
• respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or email or chat sessions
• technical product knowledge to troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action
• documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
• utilize his/her technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
• research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
• analyzing customer configurations and thinking “out of the box” to resolve and/or find a work around
• provide technical expertise to conduct specific performance or functional tests associated with resolving performance issues regarding kronos applications
• develop a solid base of general product knowledge
qualifications:
• must have skill: sql, support experience on enterprise application software like sap, hcm or other workforce management applications.
• java experience would be an added advantage.
• support experience in mncs or big companies is preferred.
